I started this practice so a small organisation can close its books on schedule and reach one accountable accountant, rather than a rotating team or a support queue.
Fund accounting, restricted contributions and board-level accountability get particular attention here, because that is where a CPA's judgment matters most.
Where automation genuinely speeds up a close, in reconciling routine transactions or flagging variances, I use it. It makes the work faster. It does not replace the review and sign-off, which stays mine.
